As Stefan was unable to continue as Company Chairman & the leading programmer/designer, due to his health, it was decided that the company was to close What experience of Macs does he have?    in excess of 15 years Where did the idea come from to start this group?    It was Stefan's idea, as he was teaching Mac & Windows skills to the over 50's for FREE at the local school/college and due the numbers increasing on the Mac side, which is his main interest, he decided to form an off shhot and start the group, so that more could join and participate. Does Stefan promote Macs?    Since Stefan first purchased a Mac, his friends and associates all have Macs and know that if they ever need his assistance, he is always available to be of help and assistance. What can I expect at the meetings?    Presently Stefan provides tutorials, together with video and written tutorials, plus group discussions. In the future we hope to obtain speakers and guests to attend and provide the group with further help, training and interesting topics. Are disabled people able to access the group meetings?    Yes!, they can, as Stefan is actually confined to a wheelchair himself, as he has progressive Multiple Scleroris & permanent vertigo from the lack of brain cells that deal with balance, since his first major brain stem stroke in September 2003. Have you been to the Apple Store in Exeter (70+ miles away)?    Yes, Stefan took a few of the group, just shortly after the store opened, plus we intend to visit the privately owned stores in Cornwall.
